I would like to start analyzing markets in South Florida to buy land to then build.

Any recommendations as to what websites to use to get data to analyze a market? Videos? Books?

I am interested in North Port, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Venice - Any good realtor in that area with good connections in these areas?

I am trying to find my next deal but using Seller Financing, however, I know very little about this strategy. 

Can anyone tell me what should I do? What do I need? Lawyer? title company? Please let me know THE MORE information the better : )

ALSO any recommendations of podcasts, videos, books? that I can go a watch/read

I have 1 rental in Fl, and I am planning to buy 1-2 in 2021, so my question is at what point should I open an LLC? Also If I open an LLC I will no longer be eligible for 30 years fixed rates and lower rates correct? who is the best person to ask which type of LLC to open? CPA ? lawyer ?

Should I ask these questions to a CPA or a lawyer?

Hello Team, 

I was able to buy my first investment property 3 months ago, I am aware that are many strategies (depreciation) to avoid paying taxes on my profits. 

So now I need a good tax company that knows these Real Estate strategies? Any GOOD referrals? Someone that I can trust for my future investment as well. 

Note: I live in Riverview, Fl - but I am sure that many things can be done online/virtual.

what other techniques or website can i use to come up with a fair number to rent a property? Especially because I am investing long distance.
