@Adrien C. What is the most profitable list that you've had?

@Adrien C. Do you buy the lists? I've been looking through the map that the county I live in has on their website and just clicking house by house in the areas I want to focus on. I've been doing it for a couple days for about an hour a day and have about 60 addresses so far. It doesn't tell me the age of the owners, but I'm only copying the ones that have owned for a while. Where did you get your list that allows you to filter by age as well?

Since most people seem to be mailing absentee owners with high equity, would it be a good idea to mail owner occupied properties with high equity? I was thinking of mailing the ones that purchased the house before 1999. Has anyone mailed owner occupied properties and had decent results?

@Dave Ramirez so they tricked you? Hmm. I guess I'm going to just try taking them down Sunday night so I can avoid that issue. Thanks for your advice!

@Dave Ramirez wow that's crazy! How exactly do they find you in order to fine you though? Like if the number you have on the signs isn't linked to any websites or anything like that, how would they be able to fine you?

Has anyone here been fined for putting up bandit signs around your area before?

Hey guys! I am from Arizona and want to start a wholesaling business. I am going to start putting up bandit signs this weekend since I do not have a lot of cash to work with (I am 19 and in college) but I just wanted to hear some people's advice on this. Do they still work to find motivated sellers?
