@Jordan Moorhead that makes total sense! Is it complicated to find a 5% down conventional loan provider? I am still new to this field so I am still learning the basics.

@Jordan Moorhead thanks for your replying. Well the reason why we would like to get it through an FHA is to be able to pay less upfront and refinance after in a year with a conventional loan. Then take the money and acquire a second property. Do you think that is something doable?

Hello BP community! My wife and I want to acquire a multifamily property either a duplex, triplex or fourplex. We are considering finance it through an FHA Loan but we are open to any suggestions. Any recommendations regarding a good mortgage company in the Austin area?

@Danny Webber I am in the same situation, well kind off. My wife and I want to buy a duplex but I have ran the numbers for some properties and most of them will not cash flow at all! Any recommendations on what to do if I want to buy a multifamily? Thank you!

I am still trying to figure out where and how to start into this Real Estate Investing Industry but it is kind off hard when you live in a hot market like Austin, TX. I have been looking at properties and land in Lago Vista and some of them are really cheap but I am not sure if their value will increase with the time

Has anybody done any deal in Lago Vista TX? 

How is the market right now for that specific area?

Any recommendations?
