@Ned Carey thank you for your response maybe it will be good to take a look in other states to see if I can find something.
@Wayne Brooks feels like Florida, specially Orlando, it's a battlefield for these gems. It's hard for newbies to find good deals.

@Al Rubin Congrats on your home! You can find companies in your town that sell RTA cabinets, most of them offer you free estimates and even let you see a design before you even buy. There is a lot of Kitchen Designers that own RTA Cabinet companies and won't inflate your cost since they are selling you their product. This is how they make their money, but often you can find that they will help you with colors and selection if you buy a kitchen from them, this is what I do for my customers. RTA cabinets often have all wood and even soft close mechanisms for an awesome price. When you contract a Kitchen Designer that only has a design studio, they make money when they you spend more because they work by % of the project. Look in you town and check reviews, maybe check them with BBB, Angie's List & Google. Good Luck with your project!

I have work with RTA cabinets for the past 15 years. Love the Ikea "Look", but the quality, it's just not worth it. Specially if you are going with stone countertops, you need sturdy base cabinets.
Find an in town RTA cabinet retailer that can provide you with a design before you even install. There are a LOT of companies that don't have a clue of what they are doing. I have been assisting 3 of them in the last six months. Good Luck!

@Devan Johnson you did an amazing job, but not only that, you really enjoyed it! Congratulations! Love how you used concrete countertops, a lot of people still scare of them, don't know why. Wish you the best of lucks! By the way, I live in Sanford, and not sure why but the market is very active, every time I am studying a possible opportunity BAM...it goes into contract. Good Luck!

@Wayne Brooks someone referred to them as a good option, not I wouldn't even get near them. I guess I was looking for tax lien auctions instead, but looks like they are a battlefield as well.
@Patrick L. Thank you for your answer, they do really sound awful, not what I was looking for. Thanks for the information!

Thank you for your answer! From what I understood there is a way to get them before? So I need to search for tax lien auctions instead?
