Welcome to Oklahoma City. This depends on your investment strategy. The NW side of OKC including Bethany has a lot of flip and buy & hold opportunities (B+ neighborhoods). I invest on the eastside and Southside areas.

I first started with downloading Max Maxwell Podcast and took a course through “YouTube University” all free. The tools Max Maxwell provide is phenomenal.
