Just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with Invictus Cash Flow in Indianapolis. The company runs a turnkey and new-build operations in the Indianapolis market. Much appreciated.

Hello all,

I am a new investor based out in the Sacramento metro area. One of the out-of-state markets we like is Indianapolis. My wife and I have done some preliminary research and we decided that turnkey is the best way to buy our first investment property.

Just want to see if anyone have any experience, feedback, and things to watch out for investing in the Indianapolis market.
