If I'm building a few new builds a year to sell and reinvesting in long term rentals should I get an LLC.

I used Champions school of Realestate. They had multiple options to do it as well! I did mine in 3 weeks 4 / 5 days a week.

Building a few new builds a year and selling them.... do I need a LLC OR is it not worth it.

I’m so glad y’all are staying away from Surfside… I definitely had to tie a tourniquet around a guys arm who just got stabbed by his girlfriend after a drug binge fight…

In hindsight I told my wife multiple times I hate taking our kids to the beach. #Notmycupoftea
