Taxes - its 3 years.

I am foreclosing on a house because the owner did not pay his property taxes.

The owner made his payment this month even though the house is in foreclosure. Is this a strategy of his? What should I do?

If i have a corporation with 10 properties and 1 of them is in foreclosure - can I rent the other properties to section 8 tenants? Is there a law or regulation about this?

What would you recommend to use for pricing a airbnb, as in that it would automatically put the pricing and vary it as the date comes closer?

@Stephanie Medellin - im referring to mortgage payments. So after a borrower is late 15 days and only pays after 25 days, you cannot add on a charge?

Credit bureaus - if a borrower is late 30 days you can report the borrower? how do you do that?
