Hey, @Jeff Clark welcome to BiggerPockets!
Rental properties are a great path for financial freedom.
When investing in Fix & Rent properties its great to have a licensed GC in your back pocket and a realtor you trust.

Hey @Tamarautare Brisibe welcome to the industry!
When getting into Fix and Flip investments make sure you have a licensed GC and a Relator that you trust.
Applying for loans can be a tedious process. Make sure your Lendor is qualified and is able to take you through the process for your first time investment.
