Hi! CO is hot for us, last month I think we closed on roughly 65 units here in the CO area... All my investors love the Springs, they find that cheap price points, great views, and population increase is great reasons for investing down there. Would love to connect and help you guys with any questions!

Quote from @Luke Stewart:

For my rentals I have dropped rental prices %5, currently rented through February (MTR rentals). Currently preapproved for a duplex in Denver, ready to pull the trigger, but waiting until at least January to see how the market changes. Latest I will purchase is June, so just feeling it out.

Nice, my investors out here seem to be using more of a cash approach during this time. Thats sweet you have a duplex and about to add another... Great stuff.

What are you expecting to see during these winter months? If you're an investor, how are you going to make sure your portfolio stays warm?!

Quote from @Dave Skow:

Jacob - 1) when you can  qualify  2)  have ample  funds 3) make the numbers  work  for your  goals  .......start with getting pre approved  ( assuming you need to use  financing ) as  without this - you wont get  very far

I am an investment broker myself, but when I get started with my own portfolio, I will keep this in mind. I just like to see how all investors are thinking now!

When the property is a deal...but that answer never changes.

I wish all my investors thought this way!
