I currently work for an investment brokerage out here in CO. I wanted to see what people are seeing in their markets. Want to know what works and what doesn't to see if it is comparable to out here in Denver.

Quote from @Eliott Elias:

They're legit and are the largest wholesalers of RE in the US. They almost never have good deals

You need to check out the CO office then!

Saw you were out of Denver,

I am also... What I am seeing with my investors is diversity. Not putting all your eggs in one basket. I think that is important to a well balanced portfolio which leads to success. I think STR's are great but out in the popular mountain towns they can be a pain in the you know what. I find it interesting you mentioned the travel nurses, I have a ton of people investing in the Springs for that and the Airforce base. Look forward to hearing back from you and connecting.

So recently ran across an article put out by BlackRock, they stated that there are three things that might be good investments during the "upcoming recession."

1. Real Estate

2. Customer Staples

3. Wine

From those three, I think RE is the best option, why do you think people are going to invest in these?

Hi, hope everyone had a great holiday weekend.

I am out here in CO, I wanted to see what others thought and what different areas are like. What ways are you able to find investors? What ways you can expand your portfolio of investors? What do you think the best way is to find investors and put them in deals. I find this so interesting and want to learn more about it!
