@Jedd Braunwarth what is the name of the service provider you use for lawn care / landscaping ?

Thanks for the advice.  We were deciding between a West Des Moines condo and a Roosevelt district (42nd Street area) duplex.  I was of the same mind as @Matt Fisher and @Jedd Braunwarth when it comes to supply in the far western parts of West Des Moines and Waukee.  I think my wife and I are trending to stick to investments within the city for now.  After we move next year, we hope to become more knowledgeable about the various markets and our target customers within each one.

Can anyone lend advice to the West Des Moines and/or Waukee rental markets?

@ Chase Keller.  I am originally from Baltimore, MD.  My wife is from Iowa, and that is what's driving us to the area.
