It may be in your best interest to consult a real estate attorney regarding these purchases.

Certain areas may have restrictions regarding bandit signs. Be careful where you place them if you don't receive permission of the property owner to leave signs in their yard.

No @Chad Beason, I am not a wholesaler in the same sense that you are. However, because I am a licensed real estate agent, I can receive profits from helping a seller sell their home the same way a wholesaler would.
I prefer to fix-and-flip. But I enjoy working with all types of investors, even the ones who aren't doing the same thing that I do. I believe that there is always a way to offer value to another individual one way or another.
I'm confident that you will do great in this industry. The possibilities are limitless

Maybe we can connect one day and help each other get closer towards our goals.
Best of luck with your real estate career!

Hey @Julian Hall, welcome to BP.
Typically, the seller would be responsible to pay the past due property taxes at closing in order to bring them current. However, it will all comedown to what you negotiated into the contract. Does yours specifically state that the seller is responsible in the event of this occurring? Are you using a real estate agent?
