That one property is in Missouri city. (near Stafford border.)

There are 2 other properties on sale in that subdivision.  One, that is 10k more than mine, and another one that is 15K lower, but needs a lot of improvements. 

It's April 12.   what is your view / opinion on the housing market right now?   Are homes not moving?  

I live in Sienna Plantation.  I got several flip properties on sale. One has been on the market for over a month.   My other Flip properties sold quickly in Dec/ Jan.  I have been noticing that there are more homes for sale... and it seems to me that it sitting there.  Wondering why... is it b/c tax deadline coming?  

Also any suggestion on selling a home quick or any marketing strategy?

I was trying to push for an open house this Sunday..  as the work will be done Saturday.   But I realized its Superbowl Sunday... will that be a slow day for an open house?

Was wondering if anybody has any suggestion on selling a Flip property efficiently? 

I want to sell the property real quick... So I'm looking for any ideas or suggestion that would give buyers a reason to look at my property and think about buying it?

Do you have family out of state?

Most of my properties are out of state.  I happen to get lucky in that I have a family member or a close friend nearby to take care of things.
