@Peter Halliday- Hi what would you think is the best approach when making offers nowadays? 10% or 20% below asking price?

Would you consider this to be the best time to buy? I run into a relatively newish place, with garage parking and low assessments. Building is from 2004.

@Patrice Boenzi - Hello, do you think we will have a real estate crisis similar to after 2008 - 2013?

@Zulf H.-Hello Zulf, I have a tenant who works in the food industry so knowing how this would affect his job, I reached to him and offered him a deal. I am allowing him to short pay rent by $300 for 3 months. He was very appreciative and in three months we will sit down with a follow up plan.

If they stopped paying, some recommend you serve them a notice.

@Quincy Lockett - Am setting the bar too high by only taking high credit score? I normally aim for over 700.

@Nzinga Young -Good answer. Your response if full of great tips.
