Current Terms:

We are looking to bring investors in at a min of $50k with 10% per year +50% profit shared back on their money within 24-months. Terms are negotiable, and our firm is open to a preferred return. Our company owner will Personal Guarantee the return with an investor agreement and we offer quarterly payouts to our investors.

Investor Return Example:

Invest $100k with a 10% return/ per year (Paid out Quarterly)

Year 1 Return: Quarterly Payments to total $10k ( Interest Only Payment)

Year 2 Return: $10k Interest + $100k (Principal)
