hey BP family I'm a newbie in wholesaling I'm still trying to find my way to know the do's and don'ts. Is there still money to be made in the war zone houses or investors won't even step foot in that area?
@Kim Bayless I have been looking for some REIA meetings, but the one I seen had said it was more pin pointing towards investors who already have deals on the table basically. Some I also seen are far out from me. I will have to keep checking around for ones that is kind of close to the Dunwoody area.
@William Higdon appreciate it I will also check that at too! I appreciate all the help guys! Good luck to all!
@Okenna Oparah thank you for that! I will check out that podcast.
I appreciate all the input from you guys. Lol @ William Higdon that was my reasoning of not paying for the gurus, because all the money they wanted. I would just look at their videos on YouTube. What about figuring out the ARV if I never have really done repairs before? Like I can spot out a bad foundation or needing new windows, and even if it may need new wiring but how do you figure out the repair cost do you keep a contractor with you to help you in that area or do you call around to see what contractors would charge?
Hello BP family, my wife and I currently reside in the Atlanta area. We are looking to get in wholesaling, but don't know exactly how to get started. I've been looking at YouTube videos of Jay Morrison, Mark Whitten, and Antonio Edwards about the basics, but I need more in depth info. When I try to look more into it they are asking for large lump sums of money for them to give you the more in depth info. Is there a way I can find out how I can get started without paying big money out to these so called gurus?

hello, family I'm new to real estate investing looking to get started but I would love to be able to have a mentor and just observe him or her. Do anybody know someone in the Atlanta area who will let me observe them for no fee, because they just want to see everyone win and just willing to help people?
