I wouldn't buy it. Cap rate is too low, especially if it's a section 8 rental.

So I'm hearing major cuts across HUD, but housing will be wrapped in an infrastructure bill. I also have read the city of Houston has revoked 900 vouchers from applicants who are not currently in housing. Thoughts?

Brent Coombs Thank you! I have been opening accounts with local credit unions to create the relationships in advanced. What other ways can I create those relationships? In addition, the properties will cash flow very well when leveraged fully. My current unit appraised at 45k I paid 30k. I plan on making 30k my max loan value, to prevent over leverage.
