To clarify the lender is requesting a copy of the closing disclosure for the mortgage. 

That does not seem normal to me? 

Anyone ever applied for a HELOC, whereby the lender asked for a copy of your closing disclosure for the initial purchase of a property?

Has anyone ever got a heloc for investment prop through Pen Fed? If so, how was your experience? Any issues to report? 

What is everyone using for temporary bridge financing?

IE you find a great deal, but the trick is the seller wants cash and quick. 

Looking for some suggestions on companies/private parties to checkout.

What total fee amount including appraisal, should a guy expect to pay on a $20-$25k cash out re-fi? 

So a quote of $10k, for 200 service only with panel. Not including any costs to get power to property/ from power company is probably high then?

Just looking for estimates on if a pole was in distance, and the cost to install a 200 amp meter/main.

What should someone expect to pay for a 200 amp service to be installed on a vacant lot? 100x100 in size. 

Trenches will be dug by me. 

Not including, any utility/pole costs?
