Having a partner on the ground in Saskatoon.

I have a young and growing family some 500 miles away and I'm struggling to continue to manage my long distance property.

It's been a fantastic investment for the last 5 years but I can't take on another while managing this place AND be a good father / husband.

What does your amazing Property Manager do to set themselves apart from the rest? (The PM can be imaginary if you need to be able to answer)

Looking for a property management firm in Saskatoon. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I'm a long distance investor with a single rental condo in Saskatoon. I don't travel there for work as often as I used to and have a growing family. It would be helpful if I could find someone trustworthy that I could hire to look after the place.

I went down the property management road once and it was an awful experience. They took a startup fee, wrote an ad that was very clearly written by someone who had never visited the place, only posted it on their website, and never returned calls made to that number. Hoping to avoid that experience this time.
