@Cody Godfrey If you have been to MHU bootcamp with Frank Rolfe they will give you reference library with so much information in running MHP but the best part is he give you that data list of MHP nationwide that took them almost 2 years to gather. There’s few MHU attendees collaborating their data as well. What we did with that list from Frank is we picked and choose the state and city were interested in and our VA skip traced them. Good luck finding your MHP!

@Mike G. I went to MHU bootcamp back in August. I was able to talk to Frank about the MHP’s I was under contract then, learned a lot from the bootcamp and was able to call Frank when I had an urgent question. My friend who now owns over 20 plus MHP’s went to MHU bootcamp a decade ago. That just shows how knowledgeable Frank is in this business. I highly recommend MHU bootcamp.

@Jim Johnson That’s exactly what I did, pulled the records and theres NO record putting lien on his park. :) Currently it’s just a piece of paper he had sign but it was not recorded.

@Hai Loc yea very sad... We’re going to fly out to Texas and visit him in the hospital this week. I don’t want to be emotionally attached but felt he needed a hand to hold him in this time more than anything. I’m seeing my lawyer as well to see what she thinks and problem can incur over the course of purchasing it. Also, I’m under contract to another park in that same city. In same token I figure I’ll do both park at the same time but my capital purchasing both park will go out of the door very quickly. Lots to think about...
