2.5% interest rate from bof america. Prime -1.25 for credit lines over 100k for the first 12 months. The deal is good till the end of the month. If you need assistance please let me know. I don't normally post personal work items on here but its a good deal and worth exploring.

Hi Jason. The homes you have on your site, What's your affiliation. Are they your homes or are you setting your clients up with the seller as the negotiator, or are you trying to be the lender for these transactions. Also, how does your process work.
Thank you

Hi @Michael Bell -- Welcome to BiggerPockets.
It is also my understanding that HomeUnion charges an ongoing "management" fee, which is above and beyond any property management fees you have.
Since we pride ourselves in the good customer service and communication, I invite and encourage you to contact one of our Investment Counselor's for no-obligation Strategy Session. We're pretty generous with our time because we understand what it's like to be an investor looking to build a portfolio, especially outside of your local market.
Of course, feel free to reach out to me anytime as well. I'm always happy to help.
Continued success!
Marco I tried contacting you 3 weeks ago (actually I called everyone in the office) and the only one available was a lady that didn't have information. She took my name and number down but I still haven't heard anything

thank you Jay. From my own research I've noticed some of these property managers are trying to sell there home at a premium of almost 60% over market hoping to get an out of state buyer. Its seems hard to find a property under market or at because they know.
