Hi I am trying to analyze duplexes in south florida and was hoping someone with experience can help me with what would be a good number to put for eletric, gas, water & sewer per month in the rental calculator. Additionally would you say that the estimates for property taxes and insurance on redfin are accurate or is there a better way to get a more accurate number?
Thanks

Im curious as to anyones feedback who has experience with the above tools. From my understanding Batch Driven will give you the best route to hit your properties when D4D which I like but I don't believe Propsteam has that feature. Overall I have heard the most positive feedback from Propsteam. Looking for any feedback from these tools. Thanks

Hi All,
My name is Jarrod Morris and I am a rookie investor here in San Diego. I recently moved here from New Jersey. I am starting my path with wholesaling as I feel it will allow me to break into the business with low capital, learn along the way, while generating capital to invest down the line. I also want to be able to find deals once I am ready to invest in a flip or BRRRR and feel that this will give me the tools to do so. Would love to connect / network with other investors. Let me know if anyone knows of any local meet ups as well.
