Hi I am trying to analyze duplexes in south florida and was hoping someone with experience can help me with what would be a good number to put for eletric, gas, water & sewer per month in the rental calculator.  Additionally would you say that the estimates for property taxes and insurance on redfin are accurate or is there a better way to get a more accurate number?

Thanks

Quote from @Jarrod Morris:

You can try calling the utility providers and ask them for an average on that particular house or something like it. They should be able to get you within 10% of actual cost. The county can tell you what the taxes cost, or you can find it online. And insurance companies can usually give you a quote with some basic information on the property (age, square footage, major amenities, etc.).
