@Ethan Johnson I am interested in looking at the deal. I own a bunch of mobile home parks already.

@John Casmon I like your analogy!   I agree.   Hoping we bounce out of this thing soon!

@Caleb Heimsoth I love your mindset and your words are well said!    I agree with you

@Jack Bobeck Ha!   Your understanding of "paltry" is different than mine!   Best of luck to you on your investments!

@Mo Karney Over the past few days I have seen much of you spoke of in regards to my pipeline as well.   I have about a dozen or more parks under contract to close and all of the sellers started offering concessions.

You're also correct about needing to offer myself as a "hedge".   Many of my investors are in the oil business and this would resonate well with them.

@David H. can you send me a link for the information you are speaking of?   Very interesting!

@Kurt Jones I agree!   That's why I'm hoping we can get some more input from some experts in here

I own several large portfolios of single family homes (100+ properties each) and quite a few mobile home parks as well.    What is the best way to benefit from the massive amount of small business loans that are about to be available from the FED in this stimulus package?

Is anyone familiar with how to proceed to get these low interest rate SBA loans that I hear are coming?

Any input is helpful!

Thanks!
