So I recently became a Realtor and I'm currently in training learning all I need to know. I have some people interested in buying and I don't want to take too long training. How fast can I learn about buying/selling so I can start helping potential clients?

Do you recommend just forming an agency agreement than to wholesale? I thought it would be a good way to make passive income while funding other businesses.
