I'm living in this chick's house with 2 other roommates and the only thing she does is collect rent haha. I mean sure she does other things too. But ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I do not plan on funding someone else's dream for the rest of my life.
I'm glad that you've made the decision to create a vibrant abundant future for yourself as well :D

Hi hi :)
My name is Jasmine Wilborne.
I'm 25-years-old and absolutely hungry to start my real estate portfolio.
In the next few weeks I will be working for Enterprise as a Management Trainee.
I have absolutely no real-estate knowledge, but have made a commitment to going to as many of the Baltimore REIA meetings and classes as I can. I'm a type-A personality with a fierce determination to have my way... I will achieve my goals...with help of course :D
I have the biggest, fattest, most audacious goal I've ever imagined: to have $14k worth of cash flow starting on March 16, 2020 until I die.
Any ideas on how to make this happen? I'm considering duplexes and small apartments coupled with note investing.
