@Sien Long Chong what types of regulations are involved for investors. What type of financing is involved?

Kelly N. Have you started to automate your business in any way. It seems that you're in the growing phase. How much time do you spend managing your properties?
Patrick Diamond great advice Patrick. What kinds of accommodations would you put in the unit for the travel worker and the patient family clientele? What lease requirement would be best?
Sien Long Chong what type of cash flow would I see in Kyoto. What are the average prices? Would love some input thanks
Is the area appreciating? Was this acquisition done by a large company? At the end of the day their goal may have been different than yours.

@Mike Radomski for the most accurate rents, just call apartment owners or for rent homes for rates. To automate this all you need is a bot to send email and collect data. This allows different accounts to mine data on different size units.

@Account Closed yes I will absolutely force equity. I am not in the market for turnkey rentals with absolutely no equity. I plan to be risk tolerant enough to withstand negative cash flow initially in hopes of reaping the rewards of sweat equity. Thank you for your analysis.

Arlen Chou that is a good indicator. Do companies continue to test silicone during a production phase or is it only heavy during the r/d phase.
Mike Makkar are you using Python? How do you query the information pulled and analyze it. Is it manual or automated. Does the data automatically generate an actionable step? New to programming but have a little bit of Java under my belt would love some input.

@Jean-Thierry Aleman

I worked for American medical on a few assignments but you may have a much more south east based staffing agency. Just google nursing travel agency in fl and you should have a few listings just from that.
