I'm looking for recommendations on a good property inspector to do pre-listing and/or due diligence home inspections. Does anyone have someone they have had a good experience with?

My wife and I have the opportunity to pursue real estate investment for the first time, and so I am in the process of getting my Louisiana real estate salesperson license (again). I was curious if there were any other investor-agents who had some insight into local brokers who are investor friendly?

@Kyle Coleman, I've had the same thought concerning the demand for flooded homes that were rehabbed and placed back on the market. But I've seen at least one example of that working out really well; the home sold as soon as it hit the market. 

My feelings are that homes that flooded but are in a low-risk flood zone will do the best. They're outside of the 100-year flood plain, so I think that the fact that they flooded will generally be viewed by buyers as a once in a lifetime event (hopefully, it was).
