@Beau Fannon, that's great!  Are you planning on wholesaling or flipping yourself?  I live in the South Austin area and frequently buy properties there.

I am open as well to meeting in Buda.  but it looks like someone will have to step up and make it happen.  @Doug Watts, what is "house hacking"?  I have seen that term a couple of times, but not sure what it is. 

I would be interested.  I live in the area.  During the day is better for me than in the evenings, which might be more difficult for others.

@DeEtte Harrington, I live in the Buda area and would be happy to walk through the home with you and give you an idea of what remodel costs would be.  I know it can be hard when getting started to get all of the pieces of the puzzle to come together when you come across an opportunity.  PM me if you would like my help.
