Very cool to be building in en-suites to each bedroom! Most of our complaints come from light, noise, access, and convenience issues. I would suggest minimizing noises from HVAC, adjacent rooms, and outside (road noise, neighbors). Providing blackout blinds for sleeping and ceiling fans to help drown out noise. Minimize stairs and harder to access showers for mobility issues and provide outlets, lots of outlets, and/or usb integrated ones. We all know how much we travel with that needs to be charged! 

Hello all! I have looked through the archives/online and haven't found a good source for a template for presenting investments to potential partners. Does anyone have a suggestion for where to find one or what their outline looks like? The outline I have in mind would be personal experience, partnership, property, market analysis, and financial analysis. This would be created in Canva or Power Point. Thank you for your help!

General attitude is that it is becoming somewhat Orwellian and consumers of all political leanings are uncomfortable with the actions that AirBnB has taken in this case. My understanding is that she was banned years ago and the family was banned recently by mistake. The article I read said that Airbnb reinstated them and stated it was a mistake. Hopefully, we can trust that Airbnb is doing its best for everyone using the platform. We’ve seen some cancellations, but everyone has attributed it to COVID.
