I'm also interested. The absentee list seems to be the one i here about the most. Does this mean that the other lists are neglected? I think the big players probably mail all the lists.

I'm trying to do some wholesale deals out of Fayetteville Nc. I am planning on mailing to Raliegh, Fayetteville, Wilmington and Charlotte. It will not take but a few deals to get me going essentially full time. I would like to do some joint ventures with anyone who has some experience. I haven't done my first deal yet but would like to before the end of the year.
I have a few buyers on my list who are actively looking.
If you are interested pm on this site or reply to this post. I am motivated and believe that two heads are better than one. Let me know how I can help any of you. I need to build a team.

My wife and I took the three day course. The price tag for the "master system" was a bit ridiculous. Having said that, there was tons of great info from taxes and insurance to flipping systems and wholesale strategy. So we felt the price of the 3 day was worth it.
I have not done my first deal but I am working on it. In terms of no money to get started, it's true and false. You can't go buy a $50,000 property with no money but you can definitely build a buyers list and try some wholesaling for the price of some bandit signs or some direct mail. Or try to find a wholesaler friendly realtor. Don't forget driving for dollars only costs gas.
Sometimes you just have to start doing what you can with what you have.
I am brand new to the Real Estate world. I am an accidental Landlord. I have a house that was left to me that I have rented out. I am interested in using wholesaling as a vehicle to get out of debt. I don't have a lot but I am ready for a clean start. I feel wholesaling can get me there the fastest with my lack of Real Estate experience. From there I am looking to invest in some more rental properties. Duplexes and Fourplexes seem to be interesting. I am looking for someone to help me get started in exchange for whatever they need. I want to offer value to anyone who will help me get to where I need to be.
Thanks
Jason
