@Cassi Justiz I would say a little of both. I want to make sure I'm doing everything legal when negotiating and getting a deal under contract. I would like to know anything particular to Oklahoma as well when it comes to flipping, renting, and wholesaling. It would also be nice to have an attorney ready when I eventually get sued as well.
