Hi everyone, I am considering signing up for Astroflipping's program. Does anyone have experience with Jamil Damji's company? Is it worth the $7,500 investment?

@Lorenzo L. Hi Lorenzo, good for you for putting yourself out there; we all started somewhere, so don't let anyone tell you that you can't do something. Your goal is not unrealistic; many things are possible with real estate; I would love to help you out if you would like, you can message me, and I could give you some advice on how to get started, i.e. house hacking if you're able, networking is vital, as well as education, listen to podcasts, read books be a sponge, ask for help like you're doing here, and with hard work you can do it bud!

@Vincent Baffa Hi Vincent, there is abundant information to learn on loopnet.com; you could find a commercial multifamily broker and ask them to help you find an investment that meets your criteria. I am very proficient in multifamily in Houston, feel free to message me, and I will gladly help you—all the best, Vincent.

@Daniel Kaplan Once you're into underwriting a bit more, the SDA Syndicated Deal Analyzer by Michael Blank is a great tool. The product costs $150 USD but has 39 video tutorials to help you learn the software. Another great option would be to ask a trusted, experienced investor to verify your numbers; sometimes, they can see things from different perspectives. Best of Luck, Daniel

Hello everyone I would like to introduce myself, my name is Jason Thompson. I have access to many off-market value add multifamily properties in the Houston Market. My deal flow is consistent, and I am looking for a key partner to invest with in some of these great opportunities. Please message me if you're interested. I hope everyone is having a great week.

@Roy Gottesdiener @Brock Mogensen I would look into being an LP on some syndication deals, learn the process and scale scale scale, buddy. Brock might be someone worth messaging and having a conversation with. Best of luck Roy.

@Dillon Ellis if the numbers make sense, stay in the deal, and pull the trigger; Houston is a great market! Ask your agent to pull some comps for you to ensure you have a solid deal. Aside from that, buddy build the portfolio and scale scale scale, have a great week Dillon

@Cole Doyon The first deal is always the hardest. You will never be 100% comfortable in any deal. Check the numbers, recheck them and recheck them. You could put the deal under contract once you know the concrete numbers and then ask someone with real estate investment experience to check the agreement and ensure it's as solid as you want. Best of luck, Cole. I hope it all works out for you!
