I signed a lease with my old GC before we stole from me and he has been gone for months but one of his employees is still at my property and will not leave. since they are not on the lease can I call the cops for trespassing?

Maybe someone can help me. I Hire a contractor to do a full rehab on a 6 unit building I bought about 6 months ago, we worked together on a duplex I also own and he did great. After earning my trust I let him start on the big job, I am also an OFS investor so I was gambling by not being there. first couple of weeks he was updating me every other day. all of a sudden he ghosts me. no calls, texts, or emails. what should I do in this situation? can anyone help or provide some advise?

we all know the market is a bit crazy right now. I have a piece of land about a .25 acre a block from the ocean, wanting to build luxury apartments. What's my build cost pre square foot? I'm ask license builders in the area.
