What's up everybody, i'm just stopping by to say hi. I'm also here in the 

Inland Empire looking for my first property to flip. It's a lot harder than expected, so i'm actually gonna get my realtor license for i can have a better chance to get this started. and about the San Bernardino properties... well i'm not to sure about them but to be honest i think if we look good and choose the right one, we should be alright. hopefully lol 

@Mike S. Haha I'll probably use both my pen and pair of scissors somewhere down the line but thank you for that. Do you have any advice on off market property?

I wanna buy a property but the owner has a reverse mortgage. Is that gonna be a problem? Any info will help thanks

@Kristopher Gomez I was trying to get a hold you to see if we can touch bases on exactly what we both do. For some reason bigger pockets keeps freezing on me when I hit your profile.
