Hello again bp family. Here is a question that I have been trying to get an answer to. I'm looking into purchasing via owner financing and also private money. I have a budget that I must consider. Are the closing costs less for me if I buy via owner finance and make payments vs using a private lender for the entire amount? If yes, are the costs significantly different? I am in MO.  Thanks

Residential mortgage loan originator. They assist with qualifying borrowers for owner financing.

Hello bp family.
I am strongly considering investing in mobile homes in parks. I have met with 1 park manager so far. Is it common for you all to pay anything up front or go thru things with the manager like app fees, background check, and deposits? I will not be living in the homes and i told the manager that as well. I will buy and resell. Your help would be appreciated.

Thanks
