Hey guys. Just started wholesaling back in October and closing on my foes deal very soon. If any investors or wholesalers in Arizona have any tips or tricks to wholesaling I would love to know! You really don't need that much. If the deal is good, doesn't matter how much info you have. Just do your wholesale price ARV And you can add estimated repairs as well. If you want you can add rent. Or do something different than others to make yourself stand out!! Be different!

Depends if you are doing a assignment or double close.
