I would also advise in the future to visit prospective tenants at their current residence and talk to their landlord. I also agree with @Jacob Sampson

I'm Jayden and I'm very excited to be apart of this community. I'm from lower Westchester County, Ny. I'm currently at the stage where I'm gathering information about wholesaling. Im a proud member of my local REIA club. I like to think of myself as a positive person. My short term goal is to complete my first wholesale transaction before summer. Long term goals include buy and hold and flipping. I look forward to building valuable business relationships.

Thank you!  I would like to start wholesaling in lower Westchester County and possibly CT &NJ. My goal for 2016 is to buy and hold at least one duplex.
