Hi.

Could you share some online listing websites that are often used in Seattle WA?

I posted on Zillow and apartment.com but rent.com is a bit expensive $90. I get zero repy from Craigslist.

I searched on BP but listing on MLS seems too expensive. Half the 1st month rent.

Does anyone know good web sites? Thanks for your time!

Hi All

I often get contacts from people who doesn’t have income but pursuing in master / doctorial degree but they have bank statement to cover the rent for a whole year. How do I make sure and somehow protect myself if I rent to students like him/her?

Any suggestions would be great!

Thanks

Hi folks.

Just to quickly check with you guys what’s like real estate investment in Orlando for non-residents.

Of course, cities like Orlando attract many short term renters but wanted to touch base with anyone out there to keep an eye on specific terms or physical damages to property by weather / storms.

Considering the recent trends that everyone backing out on deals, etc. anything would help and appreciated.

Thanks

@Michael Lewis Lee Thank you for your input on Zillow. Ive also looked at Cozy.co but they dont provide online application like Zillow. Do you know any online services that provide

1. Application

2. Credit report

3. Renter payment option? All in one?

Thanks

Hi All. I’m sure this post could be redundant but Do I need to run credit report for married couples and each pay a fee? Only one is working and will pay the rent.

I would not accept a tenant with criminal background.

Thank you for your time!
