Sounds like a silly question but for contracts, does it make you look any less professional to use letter size paper for your contracts rather than legal size?

@Stephen Sokolow Hi! I don’t know about your first question BUT I found a p&s agreement through my state library. We have a legal resource website that is open to the public as long as you live in Arizona. Maybe your state has one too.

I will be starting my first cold call campaign next week and I am working on putting together a script that I and my business partner can use for leaving voicemails for those who don't answer their phone. Calls that we will be making are to absentee owners, free & clear owners, owners with high equity, and vacant home owners.

What I have so far is this:

"Hello, my name is ____________. I am looking to make contact with (Owner’s First Name) about the property located on (Street Name).

I recently came across your property and I saw that it may need some work. I’m a local home buyer and I am looking for homes in your area for my next project. If you’re even slightly interested in selling your home, please do not hesitate to call or text me back at (my phone number). Once again my number is (my phone number). Thank you so much for your time today, (Person’s name). Have a great day."

If anyone has any suggestions or advice, please share! Thanks

I will be doing business out of Tucson, AZ. Does the title company I chose have to be in the city of Tucson or can I open my search to the whole state of Arizona?

I'm looking for a title agency that is familiar with the wholesaling process and knows how to do assignment of contracts. Please drop suggestions if you know of a title company that fits my criteria.

Thanks!

@Sean McDonnell

Thanks. Thinking it over it does seem a bit impersonal and doesn't make a lot of sense to have one based on what you said. We are in the Tucson AZ area.
