@Alec Frasier sure thing. I see you're in Canton. What areas are you looking for flips?

Check out Freeland Lending out of the Cleveland.  I haven't used them personally but I know they fund a lot of deals in the NEO area

@Jimmy Chao Ohio has some great cashflow markets. I'm in NE Ohio in Akron/Canton and Cleveland markets. Depending on the areas you want to invest in you can easily pick up turnkey properties from 40k-90k++

Hey Will,  definitely like the others said, owner or even investor is really all you need on the card.  I'm in the Canton area as well so if I can help in any way let me know.

@Joel Lebovits the neighborhoods closer to the downtown area of Canton are more run down, with more vacant/distressed houses.

The farther you drive away from downtown the nicer the houses get, in general.

@Andrew Steele. Hey Andrew, welcome to the group! I'm not into much commercial at the moment. My goal is to get more into apartment buildings. I am in the Akron/Canton area though. If you want to PM me your info I'll definitely keep you in mind if I come across any mobile parks or storage units.

@Joe Forte welcome aboard! I'm in that Akron/Canton area also. Congrats on the first two deals! What areas are you targeting for your rentals?

Hey Josh,  I'm in the Akron/Canton market.  If you have any questions specific to this area I'd be glad to help.  Theres lots of great neighborhoods to buy in around here but you'll find the areas can change quickly over the course of a few blocks so its important to know where you're buying.  Overall it's a great cashflow market to invest in!

@Damian Ramirez Hey Damian, I operate in the Akron/Canton area in Ohio. If you're interested in this area I'd be glad to give you some pointers on where to look and where to stay away from.

Like someone above me said itd be a good idea to really narrow down your market where you want to invest. It will help you to focus more and learn the markets better as you get started at least, then you can branch out.

Best of luck!
