This is great info @Jeff Tyndall. For years, I’ve always told my close friends that they should seriously consider investing in the Columbus market as it was in my opinion, one of the best kept secrets. I’ve been buying property for 12 years and I feel like we are now within a few years of an apex. Would you guys say that we are going to see a bubble in the near future?

Hi @Josh Madruga The Columbus market is definitely more competitive than I've ever seen it. I've been buying and wholesaling SFH's and a few multi units since 2007, and I can say that certain markets where there were once opportunity is few and far between now(Clintonville,Vic Village, Harrison West, etc) but there are still so many areas that have opportunity for cash flow and appreciation depending on your strategy. As long as you have some people that are active and have their eyes on the streets in Columbus, you can find some deals. Good luck mate!

@Bob Prisco I have the resources to close,  but I am slowly building more connects and resources while learning more about the Cleveland market. If you see anything worthwhile regarding multi units, please keep me in mind! Thanks

@Siale Havili Ask the owner how much she owes and to show you documentation and it would be good for you to do a title search to make sure the property is clear of Liens and back taxes. Keep us posted!

@John Neff Not real estate related, but the E Myth has been blowing my mind lately. That book gives such a great layout of how you should structure your business for how you want to live your life. 👍🏾📚

No prob! I haven't done landing pages in awhile, but I generally would have a landing page with my contact( email and phone number) and also a fill out questionnaire that would lead back to my email, and then I would call them from there.
