I am sure this question has been asked a 1,000 times over, but what are somethings that an agent would have to keep in mind, when wholesailing?

REI can be intimidating, especially to a novice/newbie like myself. I have spent a lot of my time doing the research, listening to podcasts, and reading blogs/books. I stumbled upon @Brian Gibbons profile and website, i messaged him and from there we spoke over the phone. He was extremely insightful, and very informative. He actually took the time and gave me very thorough lessons on Sub2, lease options and wholesailing. After speaking with Brian, i felt more confident about my REI journey . I highly recommend him to anyone, specifically those who feel somewhat lost, and need some guidance/advice.

@Rusty Thompson return is 2.3%, see that was my logic, if it's a 5 year loan and the interest would be paying yourself back, then i do not see what would be the drawback?

Are you better off borrowing against your 401k or using a bank for a down payment on home?
