So it's safe to assume that if one of these Gurus advertise that they will help you with all your deal as long as they receive 50 percent equity, it's best to stay away? @Joshua Dorkin

Hello everyone,
I am very new to REI , can someone explain wholesailing in a nutshell? do you need capital or credit to make these kinds of transactions?
I am very new to all this, from my understanding, you do not really need capital or credit to begin wholesailing?

Hello all!
I have heard so much about the FHA loan and how credit score can be marginal and you only need 3 percent down, sounds too good to be true , any insight ?
