@Isiah Williams Welcome to BP! Tacoma is a great market to be in right now, it's definitely heating up quickly.  I've personally, found success in all areas of real estate in this region. It can be a grind to get started, and it is an expensive market overall.  However, I've made it work here, and anyone can make it work here. If you want to learn a bit more about how I got started, I highly recommend coming to my next class that I teach at my office in Bellevue.  Feel free to send me a private message if you're interested, and I can put you in touch with my team! 

Hey BP! I'm starting a new offshoot of my company, called Heaton Dainard Commercial.  I'm focusing on building long-term wealth options for my clients.  I would like to build a good list of property management referral partners for my clients.  I have a few options so far, but I'm always looking for more.  If any of you own a company or know of some good companies for property management in the Puget Sound Region, that works with buildings 10 units or less, please let me know!
