I used to live in Austin.  GC prices too high, flood zone issue, lots of work.  But, maybe you can use the GC list to negotiate price reduction with seller.  Good luck!

I'm looking at Madison Trust. The reviews for their customer service are great! I'm also setting up an IRA LLC and will have Sunwest Trust assign the assets to the LLC prior to transferring the LLC.

@Mark Smith, are you still happy with Madison Trust? Do you have an LLC in your IRA?

@Scott Pearson, are you still with Madison Trust and do you still like them?  I think I'm going to go with them as my custodian is getting out of the business.
