@Whitney Hutten So when you are refinancing a property at the end of your BRRRR, does the bank generally just use the rents as the income, or do they actually look at your personal income? I'm trying to figure this out right now as my hubby and I plan on buying our first property in February to BRRRR. We currently own our own business and don't make a whole lot of money on paper...I'm just wondering what all I need to do to make sure we are able to actually refinance at the end!

@Andre Jones the foreclosures scare me a little bit..I was reading about Alabamas right to redemption period. Definitely an area I need to learn more about! Do you focus on buying properties off market or with an agent?

@Andre Jones thanks for the info! Those are some great tips! Did yall ever fully shut down from Covid? I know, here in my local market, things are still locked down.  A lot of people are out of work, so there will probably be a bunch of foreclosures happening. I'm wondering if the same thing is happening there?

Hey y'all! My husband and I are looking at doing some long distance investing in Mobile! I have been looking at different markets and Mobile seems like it is good for getting some rental cashflow! We plan on using the BRRRR strategy! I would love to connect with some local investors and learn more about the local market out there! From what I've researched it seems like rents seem to be going up every year and it seems to be great for cashflow! Any investors care to chime in on the market? Is it a good time to buy? Any new big employers moving into the area? Which areas are to be avoided?

@Lorenzo Stevens Are you still wholesaling in the Mobile area? My husband and I are looking to invest there.  Still doing the preliminary research, but it's looking pretty positive so far!

Just saw that customer support had replied to me and it had went to my junk folder! :( Sorry for posting this, mods feel free to remove.  My question was answered and I guess the rules say one person per account.

Hey y'all!  I was just wondering if anybody here shares their pro account with their significant other?  I would love for both my hubby and I to use the same account and comment on forum posts.  Does anybody else do that?  Just wondering if it would be weird or not..Have you seen anybody else doing this?  Also, anybody know if that's against the rules or not?  He wants to be able to have all the same features as me and to be able to comment in the pro forums...I just can't justify spending an additional $390/year when that can be saved for investing! :P Would love some advice! TIA! :)

@Jason Serrano that’s great! They are so informative and you learn so much! I started re-listening to them a few months ago, it’s crazy how fast you can go through them! I think I’m up to episode 60! Best of luck to you! I wish I had your mindset at 16!

@Jason Serrano my advice to you would be to listen to as many BP podcasts as you can! Listen to their recommendations on books and read them! If you don’t like to read, get the audio book! Rich Dad Poor Dad is probably the best, that will change your way of thinking! I’d start off with that one! :)
