@Jacob Sampson I live in Michigan and from what i have read LLC seems to provide a lot of flexibility indeed @Percy N. I just am not looking forward to spend money on an attorney. I guess a consult can't hurt for the greater good.  Thanks guys.

I have been looking into registering my Doing Business As and I found numerous ways to do it only and various prices. Do you guys have any advise on how to do it best? Asset and personal separation from my business is a big deal to me.

Hey Lou,

Cost, time a quality will be the key to anything you will take on. Like John Rogers said, a good contractor is key. Staying on schedule and turning it in will also be critical if you want to become consistent. I have not done a flip for my own personal profit, but I was a project manager for a construction (GC) company, so I learned a lot about contracting. 

Best of luck and I will keep you updated when I finish my first personal flip for any other pointers.
