Amanda Han as a newbie, I was dreading a little to start reading about taxes. But this book has the potential to satisfy all the questions I've been harassing my bankers with lately hahaha. But just wanted to say thank you in advance to everyone on this thread to make it confirmation that NOT reading this book would be a " Rookie Mistake". Just moved to the area  and I am scanning through a few to see which i will be working with. I have experience inspecting work completion ( Qty Control/ Punch List) from contractors.
